Cooking steps:
1. Black Fungus must be soaked in advance, soak fungus in warm water for 2-3 hours. Prepare green pepper and hot pepper. Add half a bowl of water to the bowl, then add half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, half tablespoon of starch, and mix well.
2. Cut the tofu into small pieces, put them on a plate, knock the eggs into the plate, mix well, make each piece of tofu covered with egg liquid.
3. Add oil to the pot to heat, pour tofu and fry.
4. Fry the tofu until the skin becomes golden brown. Then take them out of the pot and set aside.
5. Add oil to the pot and heat, add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic sauté until fragrant, then add fungus, green pepper and hot pepper to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour in tofu and stir fry.
7. Pour the sauce you just prepared, heat it until the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat, enjoy!
Tips:
After tofu is coated with egg liquid, it is not easy to break when frying. The tofu will be more delicious.
