  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ground green onions
  • moderate oil
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tbsp starch
  • 3 tbsp water


  • Knock the eggs into the bowl and mix well.
  • Chop the green onions, put the sugar, chili powder, oyster sauce and starch into a bowl.
  • Add 3-4 tablespoons of water, balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce to the bowl and mix well.
  • Add oil to the pan and start scrambled eggs.
  • Pour in chopped green onions and the prepared sauce, and heat until the soup becomes thick.


When making the sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce are added, so you don't need to put salt. Balsamic vinegar can be replaced with rice vinegar.
