There are many ways to cook tofu. Today I will share a recipe for home-made tofu, paired with black fungus and green pepper. The fragrant flavor adds a bit of spiciness, can increase appetite.
1. Dry fungus must be soaked in advance, soak fungus in warm water for 2-3 hours. Prepare green pepper and hot pepper. Add half a bowl of water to the bowl, then add half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, half tablespoon of starch, and mix well.
