Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Onions | Twice-cooked pork

Today I will share a recipe “stir-fried pork with onions”, this is an ordinary Chinese dish, also called twice-cooked pork (Hui Guo Pork).   • 1 green pepper
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 onion

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Notes

After adding Sichuan bean paste, stir-fry quickly to prevent sticking to the pan. When boiled raw pork belly, you can add a little cooking wine and ginger slices. If you like spicy food, you can add Some dried chilies.
