Ingredients
  

  • 250 g cooked pork belly
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 onion
  • moderate green onions
  • 2 tbsp Sichuan bean paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cut onions, green peppers and red peppers into pieces.

    2. Cut the cooked pork belly into thin slices, chop the green onions, and shred the ginger.

    3. Add light soy sauce, salt and sugar to a small bowl.

    4. Pour peanut oil into the pan and pour pork belly slices until the oil comes out.

    5. Stir-fry the meat until the edges are slightly curled. Pour chopped green onions, ginger shreds, Sichuan bean paste and stir-fry for a while.

    6. Pour in onions, green and red pepper pieces, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then pour the sauce and stir quickly.

Notes

After adding Sichuan bean paste, stir-fry quickly to prevent sticking to the pan. When boiled raw pork belly, you can add a little cooking wine and ginger slices. If you like spicy food, you can add Some dried chilies.
