Today I will share a very simple home-made tomato soup with hams and mushrooms that does not require too many complicated ingredients and no special craftsmanship. It is easy to cook. It is a delicious and nutritious soup.
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare all ingredients. Cut the ham into small cubes.
2. Add cooking oil to the pot, add garlic and ginger slices. Pour in tomatoes and sauté until soft. Add a bowl of water.
3. Pour in needle mushrooms, white beech mushrooms, diced ham, and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add salt and chicken essence.
