Ingredients
  

  • 1 to mato
  • 100 g needle mushrooms
  • 100 g white beech mushrooms
  • 50 g ham
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • ½ tsp chicken essence
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare all ingredients. Cut the ham into small cubes.

    2. Add cooking oil to the pot, add garlic and ginger slices. Pour in tomatoes and sauté until soft. Add a bowl of water.

    3. Pour in needle mushrooms, white beech mushrooms, diced ham, and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

    4. Add salt and chicken essence.

Notes

Adding shrimp and tofu to this soup dish, the taste is also superb!
