Oyster mushroom is an edible mushroom that we often eat, it has a flavor similar to oysters. It is delicious and affordable. As early as six or seven hundred years ago, there was a record of eating oyster mushroom in the Southern Song Dynasty. It is rich in nutrients. Regular consumption can improve the body’s metabolism.
There are many ways to cook oyster mushroom. Today, I will share a recipe of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) and stir it with black fungus to make it more nutritious. Using cucumber as an adjunct adds a fresh taste.
Mushrooms Black Fungus And Cucumber Stir-Fry With Pork
Ingredients: 500g oyster mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus), moderate black fungus, half cucumber, 100g pork, proper amount of oil and salt, green onion, 2 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, moderate amount of water starch
Cooking steps:
1. Soak the fungus in advance and wash the cucumbers. Cut off the roots of the mushrooms and tear them by hand.
2. Cut pork and cucumber into slices and set aside.
4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour the oyster mushrooms and cook until soft, take them out of the pot and set aside.
5. Add oil to the pot and heat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger and garlic slices until fragrant, then add sliced pork and sauté until the color turns white.
6. Pour oyster mushrooms and black fungus, stir-fry evenly, add a little water, soy sauce, salt, a little white sugar, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
7. Pour the cucumber slices and stir evenly. Add the right amount of water starch and heat until the soup becomes thick, wrap it on the ingredients, pour the sesame oil and stir well, turn off the heat.
Tips:
Black fungus should be soaked in cold water in advance. Mushroom blanching can remove odors and impurities.
