Ingredients
  

  • 200 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • moderate black sesame
  • water you can replace the water with milk and eggs

Instructions
 

  • 1. Pour the flour into a large bowl, add black sesame and sugar.

    2. Add water little by little and mix well.

    3. Brush the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and heat it up. Scoop a spoonful of sesame flour paste. Let the flour paste spread evenly on the bottom.

    4. Fry the black sesame pancakes until completely solidified and discolored.

    5. Turn over and fry both sides until slightly yellowed.

Notes

1. I'm afraid of getting fat. I don't put milk and eggs. If it's for children, just replace the water with milk and add another egg. It's nutritious and can be done in a few minutes.
2. I want to make the finished product look good. I use a small pot to cook it. If you want to save time, you can use a larger pan to make it faster.
