  • 3 carrots
  • 8 g rock sugar

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare ingredients. Peel and wash the carrots. Slice carrots, not too thin.

    2. Add rock sugar and moderate water to the pot.

    3. Pour carrot slices and bring to a boil. Cook on high heat for 1 minute.

    4. Take them out of the pot and place cooked carrot slices on the grill.

    5. Put the grill in the dryer. Temperature 75 degrees, 5 hours. The time can be adjusted according to personal taste.

Notes

Don't cook carrots for too long, just 1 minute. The drying time can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
