1. First peel the pumpkin, cut it into thin slices, place it on a plate, wrap it with plastic wrap, put it in a steaming oven at 100 degrees and steam it for about 15 minutes.
2. Take out the steamed pumpkin. Then use a spoon to press into pumpkin paste.
3. Then put the pumpkin paste in the container and add glutinous rice flour and sugar while it is hot. Knead into a soft, non-stick smooth pumpkin glutinous rice dough.
4. Roll the pumpkin sticky rice dough into strips. Divide into 25 parts and rub into a spherical shape by hand. Put in a steamer.
5. Close the lid and steam for about 12 minutes after boiling. The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of the pumpkin sticky rice balls.
6. Put the steamed pumpkin sticky rice balls in the coconut powder.

Pumpkin is recommended to use old pumpkin, which has less water and higher sweetness.
