Ingredients
  

  • half a white radish
  • moderate coriander
  • a handful of vermicelli
  • 1 tbsp shrimp skin
  • moderate salt
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 tsp white pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1. Peel and cut the white radish into shreds.

    2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add ginger and shrimp skin cook for 2-3 minutes.

    3. Pour the shredded white radish until it becomes soft. Do not cover the pot during the cooking process, so that the bad smell of white radish will be emitted.

    4. Pour in the vermicelli, spread it, cook the vermicelli until it becomes soft and transparent, add salt to season. Sprinkle with white pepper and ground coriander.

Notes

Do not cover the pot during the cooking of shredded white radish. In this way, the bad smell of white radish will evaporate.
