  • 1 coriander
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • moderate salt
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • 1. Use a knife to cut off the white fascia in the middle of the pig's kidney. The white fascia has a fishy smell and must be removed first.

    3. Cut the pig kidney into slices.

    4. Prepare green pepper, onion, coriander and garlic.

    5. Add water to the pot to boil, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, pour pork loin slices and cook for a few minutes until the color turns white.
