Ingredients
  

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 squid
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 garlic
  • half leek
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • 1. First clean the squid, cut the belly of the squid, remove the internal organs and throw them away, then cut off the eyes and mouth with scissors, then wash.

    2. Add water to the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine. Once the water's boiling, we're gonna parboil the squid. Don't scald for too long, you can remove the squid from the pot when it is curled.
  • 3. Cut the squid into thicker shreds.

    4. Cut green pepper and leek into shreds and chop coriander.

Notes

Adding ginger and cooking wine in boiling water can remove the smell of squid.
This green pepper is not very spicy, you can choose millet spicy if you like spicy food.
