Once the water's boiling, we're gonna parboil the spinach.
Squeeze the spinach lightly, cut into small pieces, place in the cooking machine, add the appropriate amount of water, and then make spinach juice. Pour the spinach juice into a bowl, add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and stir well.
Pour in flour and stir in one direction until thick flour paste. You can add appropriate amount of water to adjust the concentration of flour paste.
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush a layer of base oil with a brush, scoop a spoonful of spinach flour paste into it, evenly spread the bottom of the pot. Cover and fry for 1 minute until set, then turn over and fry for another minute.
