Ingredients
  

  • a handful of spinach
  • 1 small bowl of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • moderate water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Once the water's boiling, we're gonna parboil the spinach.
  • Squeeze the spinach lightly, cut into small pieces, place in the cooking machine, add the appropriate amount of water, and then make spinach juice. Pour the spinach juice into a bowl, add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and stir well.
  • Pour in flour and stir in one direction until thick flour paste. You can add appropriate amount of water to adjust the concentration of flour paste.
  • Preheat the electric baking pan, brush a layer of base oil with a brush, scoop a spoonful of spinach flour paste into it, evenly spread the bottom of the pot. Cover and fry for 1 minute until set, then turn over and fry for another minute.

Notes

Boil spinach in advance to remove astringency.
