Ingredients
  

  • 300 g lamb shank
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp starch
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • moderate oil and salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients needed for lamb fried onion.
