Instructions
Prepare a zucchini and a tomato.
Cut zucchini into thin slices and set aside.
Peel the tomato and cut it into pieces.
Pour 3 tablespoons (about 25 grams) of peanut oil into the pot and add chopped green onions to deep-fry until fragrant.
Pour in zucchini slices and stir-fry until soft.
Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of salt, stir-fry until the water comes out of the zucchini.
