Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 8 shrimps
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • moderate green onions
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • 1. Peel the onion, wash it and cut into pieces.

    2. Wash the shrimps, drain and set aside.

    3. Cut green peppers into pieces, chop green onions, and slice ginger and garlic.

    4. Pour peanut oil into the pot, add chopped green onion, ginger slices and garlic slices.

    5. Pour onion pieces and shrimps, stir-fry until they change color, add cooking wine to remove fishy smell, then pour in light soy sauce.

    6. Add green pepper pieces and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with salt.

Notes

It is best to choose purple-skin onions for more nutrition. Green pepper is not spicy, if you like spicy food, you can add some chili. The light soy sauce already contains salt, so I only put half a teaspoon of salt.
