Instructions
1. Prepare two eggs and two potatoes.
2. Peel and shred the potatoes.
3. Add two eggs. Sprinkle with salt and allspice.
4. Stir well to mix the egg liquid and the shredded potatoes.
5. Pour peanut oil into the pan, scoop the shredded potatoes into the pan with a spoon, and then press into a circle.
6. Fried until solidified and crispy.
Notes
The shredded potatoes cannot be too thick. Potatoes contain starch, no need to add starch or flour.
