Marvel Disney + Loki review: Loved Loki’s Humor and Mystery

Marvel Disney + Loki is here, and it’s exactly what fans were waiting for!

Loki (Tom Hiddleston), the god of mischief is back — and this time he has a rival, Mobius M. Mobius ( Owen Wilson), with whom he is equally intelligent. Wilson is clearly a supporting character, at least judging by the first two episodes of the new show. However, all the supporting cast plays their roles brilliantly, and fans will be eager to see how the show fits into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

At the beginning of the first season of Loki, the Bureau of Administration (TVA) tracked down Loki and took him away. However, Agent Mobius sees a useful side in Loki and thinks he can help catch a criminal variant.

Hiddleston and Wilson are so funny together. Every scene in which they talk back and forth is proof of how well they fit in with each other. Of course, a lot of it is improvisation between the two of them, which will be great to watch on set. The audience can watch them talk and laugh for hours and have a good time.

But it’s more than just banter; even over the course of just two episodes, there’s a respect that grows, and viewers may see a relationship that continues to develop. The big question is whether they will continue to work together in TVA at the end of the series.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Wunmi Mosaku are both strong female lead actors with a lot of strength. They are fierce and a force to be reckoned with, but in a different way. Mbatha-Raw is more subtle, but also more calculating, and Mosaku is more of a gun-toting character. Both of their supporting characters provide incredible surprises for the latest superhero series and bring a lot to the set.

The first episode makes a great foreshadowing of the world-building, epic and somewhat mysterious Loki. The second episode delves into the bond between Hiddleston and the Wilson brothers, expanding this part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with a lot more action than the first episode.

We’ve already had a few Marvel Eggs to watch out for in the first two episodes, and there’s a good chance there will be more as the series goes on. Loki fans will be pleased that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has everything they love: confident superheroes and super villains.

It’s not as much action as you’ve seen in the Marvel movies, but there’s a lot of it, and it seems like there’ll be more and more action as the show goes on. Loki’s humor, suspense, excitement, mystery, action. It’s like a movie. Marvel fans can see everything they want in a Marvel TV show. But brace yourself. The first two episodes ended on a cliffhanger, and the next six will do the same.
