Ingredients
  

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 100 g starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • moderate tomato sauce

Instructions
 

  • 1. Peel and steam the potatoes, then press them into a purée.

    2. Then add pepper powder, add starch and salt.

    3. Knead the mashed potatoes into balls.

    4. Add oil to the pan and deep-fry the potato balls.

    5. Fried until the potato balls are golden and crispy.

Notes

Potatoes are peeled first, then steamed and pressed into mud.
