Ingredients

  • 3 spicy millet
  • 1 ginger
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp chili red oil
  • a few drops of pepper oil
  • moderate MSG
  • moderate ground green onion and salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions
 

  • 1. Put the chicken legs and wings in the pot, add a crushed ginger, a few peppercorns, and boil over high heat until cooked thoroughly. Then take them out of the pot, slaughter into small pieces.

Notes
