Ingredients
  

  • 300 g sweet potatoes
  • 150 g glutinous rice flour
  • moderate white sesame
  • 140 g warm water
  • 10 g milk powder
  • 30 g sugar
  • moderate oil

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare all ingredients. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them. Put in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes. Take it out and mash.

    2. Add glutinous rice flour, sugar, milk powder and warm water.

    3. Stir and knead to form dough.

    4. Divide into portions and knead into small round dough.

    5. Roll in the sesame seeds.

    6. Deep-fried sweet potato sesame balls over medium-low heat. Flip non-stop and fry until golden color.

Notes

I use red heart sweet potatoes. The moisture content of different varieties of sweet potatoes is different. If the sweet potato dough is too soft, add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour to adjust.
