Ingredients
  

  • 320 g sweet potato
  • 30 g ginger brown sugar
  • 800 g water
  • a few red dates

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cut red dates and sweet potatoes into small pieces, put them in a rice cooker, and add ginger brown sugar.

    2. Add appropriate amount of water. Press the cooking button and cook for 20 minutes.

    3. Cook until the sweet potatoes are rotten, scoop out and eat while hot!

Notes

1. This is the serving size of two bowls of sugar water. I think it's good to eat as a staple food too! The sweet potato is quite full, and it is a low-fat food.
2. I use ginger brown sugar, it is very convenient to eat, there is ginger in the brown sugar, no need to add ginger slices. If you use regular brown sugar, remember to prepare an extra piece of ginger.
