1. Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices and prepare the coriander.
2. Once the water's boiling, we're gonna add ginger and shrimp skin and cook for a few minutes.
3. Tear seaweed into small pieces and put it in the soup.
4. Pour tofu slices and cook for a few minutes. Add salt, pour in an appropriate amount of water starch, and heat until the soup becomes slightly sticky. Turn off the heat, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with white pepper powder, stir well.
Notes
Adding water starch in the last step will make the soup thick and taste good. You can also add some chicken essence to the soup.
