1. Prepare the required materials, wash coriander and spring onions.
2. Cut the tofu skin into thin strips.
3. Cut the coriander leaves and set aside. Put chopped green onion, minced garlic, sesame, pepper powder and chili powder in a bowl.
4. Add oil to the pot and heat to smoke. Pour the hot oil in the seasoning bowl and mix well. Then add light soy sauce, sugar and salt, so the sauce is ready.
5. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour the tofu skin and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Then take tofu skin out of the pot, Put it in cold water to cool.
7. Put the cooled tofu shreds in a large bowl, pour in the adjusted sauce, add coriander and mix well.

Hot oil can stimulate the flavor of the seasoning. The amount of chili powder and pepper powder varies according to individual taste.
