1. 480g radish cut into thin filaments. Then put in boiling water and scald for two minutes, then put in cold water to cool. Squeeze out the water and set aside.
2. Put 50g dried shrimps and 50g dried scallops in water soak for 10 minutes. Then chop them and set aside.
3. Cut 100g salami and 50g bacon into small pieces and fry them in a hot pan until oily. Then add the minced shrimp and scallops stir-fry until fragrant. Place in a container.
4. Add shredded radish, 8g salt, 15g sugar, a little pepper and mix well.
5. Take another bowl and pour 90g wheat flour, 280g rice flour, 500g water stir to make a rice flour paste.
6. Pour the rice flour paste into the prepared shredded radish material and stir to turn into radish cake paste.
7. Pour the radish cake paste into the oiled cake pan. Put in a steamer and steam for 45 minutes.
8. Take out the steamed white radish cake and let it cool.
9. Cut white radish cake into thick and even chunks. At this step, you can eat directly.
10. Add a little oil to the pot and fry the white radish cake until golden on both sides with a medium-low heat.
