Instructions
Cut the zucchini into evenly thick slices. Use a small spoon to dig out the melon flakes. Don't throw away the melon flakes.
Once the water's boiling, we're gonna scald the zucchini rings until they change color and set aside.
Chop the zucchini flakes, carrots, and ham sausage, then put them into a bowl.
Add chopped green onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper and starch, and stir to form a thick vegetable ham filling.
Brush the electric baking pan with a little oil, put the zucchini ring slices, pour the appropriate amount of vegetable ham filling and flatten.
Sauté until golden on both sides.
Notes
If the vegetable ham filling is not thick enough, add more starch.
