  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • half carrot
  • 1 small ham sausage
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • moderate salt
  • 1 tbsp starch
  • 1 tbsp ground green onions


  • Cut the zucchini into evenly thick slices. Use a small spoon to dig out the melon flakes. Don't throw away the melon flakes.
  • Once the water's boiling, we're gonna scald the zucchini rings until they change color and set aside.
  • Chop the zucchini flakes, carrots, and ham sausage, then put them into a bowl.
  • Add chopped green onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper and starch, and stir to form a thick vegetable ham filling.
  • Brush the electric baking pan with a little oil, put the zucchini ring slices, pour the appropriate amount of vegetable ham filling and flatten.
  • Sauté until golden on both sides.


If the vegetable ham filling is not thick enough, add more starch.
