Ingredients
  

  • 150 g pork belly
  • 10 g butter
  • moderate bitter chrysanthemum
  • moderate purple cabbage
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tsp five-spice powder
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare pork belly and butter. Pork belly has a lot of fat and you can remove the butter. Cut pork belly into thin slices.

    2. Put the pork belly slices in a bowl, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and five-spice powder, mix well, marinate for a while.

    3. Cut the butter into thin slices, about 10 grams. Put the butter in the pan and melt it, then brush it evenly.

    4. Spread the streaky pork in the pan and fry it slowly over low heat, during the frying process, the pork belly will be curled, you can press it with a spatula to make it evenly heated.

    5. Turn over and fry.

    6. Bitter chrysanthemum and purple cabbage are placed on a plate, these vegetables can play a role in eliminating greasy.

Notes

Do not cut pork belly too thick, otherwise it will not be cooked well. The pork belly should be marinated to make it taste better. Light soy sauce and oyster sauce already contain salt, no need to add salt.
